Doug Ivanovich founder of the non profit organisation World Peace One has revealed plans to bring peace to the world with a series of music concerts, education and government initiatives over a ten year period.

The organisation is having talks with some of the top International bands and artistes for a series of shows that are scheduled to kick off on May 17th 2008.

Among the names being mentioned are U2, Led Zeppelin, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, ZZ Top, Velvet Revolver and Timbaland.

The concerts are planned across the globe with shows scheduled for London, Bejing, Turkey, Johannesburg and Miami among the many destinations included.

World Peace One includes executives from Woodstock and Live Earth among its numbers and the group are currently building relationships with the worlds top promoters to make the shows a reality.
