2008 has been a very successful year for Wild Beasts.
They received critical acclaim with the release of their debut album, Limbo, Panto and received a good reception from audiences at festivals including Reading and Leeds, Underage, Latitude and Green Man.
Wild Beasts were also nominated for Uncut’s Album of the Year Award and The Guardian’s Debut Album of the Year Award.
Following the recent release of Brave Bulging Buoyant Clairvoyants and tours as special guests to Foals and then Vampire Weekend, Wild Beasts have now just announced a full headline UK tour for February 2009.
The tour will kick off at Manchester’s Deaf Institute on February 17th and will see them headline 93 Feet East in London on February 24th.
