Pink Floyd drummer and classic car enthusiast Nick Mason, has hinted that a final finale for the band should not be ruled out. In an interview with the UK Xfm radio site Mason explains how the band almost got together for the Syd Barrett tribute at the Barbican. However Roger Waters was due to play at Earls Court the next day, so went on early at the Barbican, while Dave Gilmour couldn’t make it (the Barbican) until late,  and so it all went out of the window.
