Grunge father Neil Young has announced details for his UK tour for 2008. The dates kick off on March at the Playhouse in Edingburgh, followed by four nights at Londons Hammersmith Apollo March 5/6/7/8 and concluding at the Apollo Manchester on March 11/12.
The gigs will offer some recompense to Neil’s fans eagerly awaiting a boxed set of early rarities filling some nine discs! The set was due to be released this year but has been put back when Young decided to finish and release Chrome Dreams 2, an abandoned project from 1977. The original project included early versions of the classics, Powderfinger and Like a Hurricane.
