Essie Jain begins a European tour in February to promote her second album, The Inbetween which was released on The Leaf Label in November 2008.
Based in New York, Essie returns to the UK following a successful tour with Liz Green and Benjamin Wetherill in September 2008.
The Inbetween was released to critical acclaim, and these shows will be her first in the UK since its release. The album expands the horizons of her debut, We Made This Ourselves, with a broad spectrum of instrumentation and collaborators to embellish her stunning voice.
Essie will perform each of these shows as a duo, partnering with a revolving troupe of musicians as she tours the country.
