The second single to be taken from the brilliantly named album Born To Ruin will be Henry Fabian Flynn and will be available via download only, the single will also feature to new b sides, Roasting River and Poverty and Spit.
The track sees Crazy Arm giving a nod towards the sixties folk roots styling of singers like Dick Gaughn, Pete Seeger and Phil Ochs on what at first appears to be a rebel song, but turns out to be something much more sensitive.
The b sides Roasting River and Poverty and Spit are two of the band’s earliest unreleased songs, both written in 2005 and resurrected by popular demand.
The Crazy Arm debut album Born To Ruin is a steamrolling, roots-punk opus that draws on a myriad of diverse influences ranging from ‘60s country-rock to hardcore punk to crunchy, guitar pop with a passionate allegiance to grass-roots politics.
The single Henry Fabian Flynn is available via download only on November 2nd through Xtra Mile Recordings. For further information on this atrist check the Crazy Arm MySpace page.
