Coldplay will play a series of arena dates in the UK in December this year to promote the latest album Viva La Vida, due for release on June 12th.

Dates for the winter tour are:

Birmingham NIA December 1/2

Glasgow SEC December 5/6

Sheffield Arena December 7

Liverpool Echo Arena December 10

Manchester MEN December 11/12

London O2 Arena December 14/15

Tickets are on sale from May 30th.

The band will be playing free shows at Brixton Academy on June 13th and Madison Square Garden NY on June 23rd.
