Coldplay have postponed their forthcoming North American tour, saying that production issues have caused the delay.
The band have confirmed that the three free concerts will still go ahead as planned at Barcelona, New York and London.
Coldplay have confirmed new dates for North America where they will be promoting the new album Viva La Vida.
A statement from the band promises the wait will be worth it:
“We’re very sorry, but we promise you a show worthy of your patience and understanding when we start in mid-July”.
