The classic Rolling Stones 1969 tour documentary Gimme Shelter is to set to be released in DVD format in August this year.
The film has received the full sound and vision restoration treatment and will be accompanied by a 40 page booklet documenting the infamous tour which ended up at the chaotic Altamont Free Festival.
